New to the GRUCom EBPP Portal?

  1. To get started using the GRUCom EBPP Portal simply select the "Sign Up" button and follow the prompts.
  2. Be sure to have your new 7-digit Customer Number, 3-digit Statement Number, and 4-digit Security PIN ready to complete the sign-up process.
  3. You will also need to be prepared to create a secure password.
  4. Once logged on you can view and pay your bill online.

NOTE: You will not be able to create a GRUCom EBPP Portal account until after you receive your first paper billing statement in the mail.

Returning Users

To get started please enter your user name and password where indicated under "My eBilling" and then press the "Login" button.

Forgot Your GRUCom EBPP Password?

Simply select the "Forgot Login?" button and follow the prompts.

Trying to Pay Your Old GRUCom Billing Account?

Please visit GRU's Payment Options webpage for information on how to make a payment toward your old GRUCom billing account(s).
